The Beginning Birder Program is designed for historically excluded and underrepresented groups, community organizations, individuals, and allies interested in exploring birding in a supportive and inclusive environment.

This program is currently offered in Raleigh, North Carolina, Starkville, Mississippi, and their respective surrounding areas, in partnership with local organizations and community spaces.

This program helps expand access to birding by creating inclusive entry points for individuals who have historically been excluded from outdoor spaces.
