It is one of our goals to seek ways we can continue to break down barriers and access to those who professionally work or enjoy the outdoors. When it comes to items for field work like equipment or recreational items like hiking boots or binoculars, it is a privilege to be able to afford and access this gear. Therefore, consider donating to Field Inclusive’s Field Gear Closet so that your item(s) have a chance to go to those in need. Here’s How:

To Donate Items:

STEP 1: Contact Us (info@fieldinclusive.org) with your interest to donate and be prepared to provide information about your item(s), including a description, photo(s) of your items, quantity, and condition. Items must be gently worn or brand new. Note: we may not be able to take all items based on space and condition. At this time, we are not accepting clothing.

STEP 2: Ship the item(s) to us, and we will reimburse you for shipment with proof of receipt. Then, we take care of the rest! Note: this may not apply to Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas in some cases.

To Claim Items:

STEP 1: Items will be advertised on our social media platforms. You can also view available items on our website here. Comment or respond to our posts on social media with your interest (first come first served). You MUST be an official member of our organization to claim items. Become a member here.

STEP 2: We will ship the item(s) to you free of charge. Note: shipping may not apply to Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas in some cases. You must be located within or have a U.S. address (for shipping purposes).
